L III Farms is a third generation cattle operation. Located in the Missouri Ozarks, L III Farms raises seed stock registered Herefords. The focus at L III is to increase the performance of milking ability and carcass traits in Hereford cattle. Out of the nearly 200,000 registered Herefords, L III has 5 "Top 200" cows in the Hereford breed. Using some of the finest Hereford yearling bulls, L III Farms is also well known for it's farm fresh beef. The focus on improved intramuscular fat (IMF) has added to the great taste and tenderness of Hereford beef.
